THE TROLL OF PEASE PARK (2024): A mysterious troll sculpture appears in one of Austin's most beloved parks, sparking both wonder and outrage. Although spokespeople say the Troll reminds us to appreciate our green spaces more deeply, some Austinites fear it is an empty, green-washed gesture that will turn a quiet neighborhood park into a major tourist destination. Ultimately locals must confront tough questions: What does this new Trollish resident mean to us? What does our home mean to us? What kind of future are we building and who is it for?

BEHIND THE WALLS (2022): A lone wanderer finds refuge from a storm in an abandoned house, only to discover he's in for a dark night of the soul. A psychedelic animated music video based on the musical composition "Behind the Walls," written, recorded, and produced by Sam Ahmadi. Edited and directed and animated by Elisabetta Diorio. MERITOCRACY (2021): (60 min) As they near graduation, 13 elite college seniors read back over the admissions essays penned at age 18, prompting reflections on home, identity, inequality, merit, and the process of crafting one’s own small story amidst the vast narrative powers of the American Dream.
WHERE CAN WE LIVE (2019): Shot over the course of three years of short trips back to Austin after having left for school, a sensory documentary about holding on, letting go, the passage of time, the meaning of home.
THE SAILOR MELTS: Premiered in Spring 2019 at Visible Poetry Festival. Based off the poem by Icelandic poet, Elias Knorr.
